Nexus focuses on homeland security issues with special expertise and experience in addressing issues related to the partnerships referenced and used by the National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP). Nexus's president has played instrumental roles in forming or serving many NIPP organizations and providing a broad range of advice to federal, private, state, local, tribal and territorial participants. This work involves dozens of projects including research papers, facilitation, and consulting advice related to: information sharing, critical infrastructure protection, Sector Coordinating Councils, Government Coordinating Councils, FOIA, FACA, Critical Infrastructure Protection Advsior Commitee (CIPAC), PCII, Safety Act, PSP Program and many other related programs.
Private Sector and Association Services
Nexus provides the following services to private sector entities and associations:
- Advice to infrastructure providing companies related to FOIA, FACA, CIPAC, PCII, Safety Act, PSP Program and many other related programs
- Advice to associations regarding member relations and effective communication and collaboration techniques and structures
